All products contain Nut oils, butters and Animal products.

While allergic reactions are extremely rare and unexpected, Sassysolution LLC/The Medicine Woman Co,. cannot be responsible for allergies to products and resultant aliments. Our natural products contain nut oils and butters, animal products, and natural preservatives. A natural separation may occur simply stir to reincorporate. Keep all products in a cool dry area for best results. Exposure to heat may affect the quality of the product. We strongly suggest that you patch test any new product before using. If any redness occurs do not continue use.

Patch testing

Apply a small amount of product to clean skin, inside the elbow or behind the ear. Cover and leave for 24 hours. Our formulas and ingredients are subject to suppliers’ changes and maybe reflected in the outcome of our product.

Any products being sold under Sassysolution LLC/The Medicine Woman Co., are not meant to treat, diagnose or cure any disease or aliments. All products are suggested to use for, not treatment of. Use with caution and common sense with any products created by our company.

External use only. Use caution in bathtubs/showers, as products may leave them slippery. Our products are made with skin and bath approved ingredients. Please note-we test our products extensively in house, the safety of our products has not been officially tested.

All our products are handcrafted in small batches; therefore, no two products will be the same. Please allow for variations in color and appearance. Products shown on websites or public venues may vary from products ordered/delivered. We recommend you use our products while fresh and fragrant, these products are made to order with the freshest ingredients possible, store under refrigeration if not using on a continual basis.

Return Policy

Products are non-returnable, nonrefundable and non-exchangeable so please select carefully. All products, information and services used by or read by our customers/users agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sassysolution LLC/Medicine Woman Pure Care Products from any kind of liability, loss, claim, and expense which includes attorney fees related to your violation of this agreement.
